Shipping Policy

Shipping Time:- We process and dispatch your orders within 48 Hrs. days of the order confirmed.In case of 'cash-on-delivery' payment mode, we need you to verify your order on phone / Whatsapp by Amfez team.

We strive to deliver products purchased from Amfez in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible.You can expect your order to be delivered to you in 2-4 business days in major cities and 4 to 7 business days for other location.

Shipping Charges:-

1- The shipping charges of Rs. 59 will be applicable to all orders under Rs. 799,                                                                                                                       2- Cash on delivery not available order under Rs. to 999.

International Shipping 

1-We strive to deliver products purchased from Amfez.com in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible.You can expect your order to be delivered to you in 7-14 days depend on the location.Sometimes shipment stuck in customs then the delivery will get delayed.But shipment will be delivered to you surely.

2- Some items Like Jhoola, Sofa and Singhasan are strictly Restricted to order. We do not take any Heavy Furniture items  for International order. If you choose any out of these items, then the order will get cancelled or you have to pay additional charges.

3- Liquid is prohibited like perfume, air freshener etc.

4- We take International shipping charges INR 2999 upto 2kg Shipment. If the shipment will be more than 2kg then Customer would have to pay additional shipping charges.

Important:

• If the order is cancelled, lost or un-delivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount including any shipping charges.
• If you cancel part of the order, shipping charges will not be refunded.
• If you return an order delivered to you, original shipping charges will not be refunded. However if you self-ship your returns,you will be reimbursed based on Amfez.com's Returns Policy.
•  Some locations in India are served by India-Post, so it will take 7-14 days in delivery.
